Powerbook G3 Series I "Wallstreet" Specs
These are the exact technical specifications of your G3 Series
portable computer. To understand the specs, you must first understand
that there are two distinct different kinds of G3 Series, Main Street and
Wallstreet (Their development codenames)The main street 'book is any powerbook
with a 233 Mhz processor. The wall street 'books are the 250 and 292 MHz flavors.
The 233 lacks a backside cache and PCI support in the right expansion
bay. Main Street has a 66 MHz system bus while Wall Street has a 83 MHz bus. A S-Video out connector is only available on the 13.3" and 14.1" models. The lower PC Card slot in all models is Zoomed Video enabled.
