Date Event
February 7 to February 11, 2000 Seybold Seminars Boston 2000-Apple has decided to not have much of a presence at this large publishing conference on the East Coast, in favor of having a larger presence at the SF show later in the year.
February 16 to February 19, 2000 MacWorld Tokyo is usually just a re-hash of MacWorld San Francisco for one of Apple's most important markets, Japan. No big annoucements are expected here, though it will probably be streamed via QT4 like last year.
April 01 to April 04, 2000 National School Boards Association Conference in Orlando. Given Apple's strong support of the education world, Apple will at least have some representation there, though probably not as much as at last year's show in San Francisco.
April 03 to April 07, 2000 Spring Internet World 2000 takes place at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Steve Jobs is expected to give a keynote speech here.
April 08 to April 13, 2000 National Association of Broadcasters convention. This year it's taking place in Las Ve gas. Last year Apple showed off Final Cut Pro and QuickTime 4.0 to the world at this show for those who matter in the digital media world.
May 11 to May 13, 2000 The annual E3 conference of the industry's leading electronic entertainers takes place right before WWDC 2000, so Apple may not have as large a presence here as some may wish. However, with the burgeoning Mac gaming market, there will be plenty to see at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
May 15 to May 18, 2000 Apple's Worldwide Developer's Conference is scheduled in San Jose, California for mid-May.. Last year, Steve Jobs unveiled the pro PowerBook here, as well as more tidbits of information on OS X. Expect this show to exclusively focus on OS X.
June 06 to June 09, 2000 Sun's JavaOne Worldwide Java Developer's Conference takes place in June at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.
August 28 to September 01, 2000 Seybold Seminars San Francisco 2000-Apple will be attending this large publishing trade show. Last year, the Power Macintosh G4 was introduced here.
July 18 to July 21, 2000 MacWorld Expo New York 2000-Always fun, the Macintosh show on the East coast should bring tons of new Apple hardware. Apple introduced the iBook here last year.
January 05 to January 08, 2001 MacWorld Expo San Francisco 2001-Way into the future, Apple's biggest show of the year.
