• You'll receive a brand new product.
• MadsonLine offers a 12 month guarantee on the electronics and a lifetime guarantee on the MicroAdapter's casing. The FireWire enclosure also has a 12 month guarantee. We handle all returns as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• We offer UPS ground shipping free. If you'd like faster shipping, we offer FedEx 2nd day ($12) and overnight ($22). For international orders, we use U.S.P.S. global priority mail. ($8)
• There will be a full itemized receipt with your order. We personally guarantee each purchaser's satisfaction. We'll make any problem right, no questions asked.
